Processing time typically takes 2-4 days on most orders before it ships. Shipping varies but most orders will arrive within 7-10 business days. Bulk orders can take longer but I will stay in contact with estimated times on those. Orders may take slightly longer during the holiday season. If for any reason you have questions or concerns about your order arriving by a certain date, please contact me prior to placing your order. Local Pickup is also available in Fishers, Indiana.

Sorry, we are currently only shipping within the United States.

Sales on custom orders are final. I can not provide a refund for custom orders. However if your products are damaged upon arrival or for some reason you are not happy with your products, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and we can try to figure out a solution to replace the product.

Yes. If you are ordering more than 6 magnets and would like them in different sizes, please contact me with the details of your order and we can come up with a custom order for you.

I try to process orders fairly quickly, so please contact me ASAP if you have any changes to your order. After your order has been processed, I cannot make any changes.
